The 200sqm Villa will enchant you from the very first moment. Up to 6 people can have their perfect holiday in this unique home. The Villa has been softly renovated, all furniture is modern and nw.
Spacious Lanai with a huge pool (13.5m long) with separate Jacuzzi. Relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers, cool down in the pool or enjoy the moment at the 45m long waterfront. Watch the fishes swim by and maybe even a manatee? The pool is heated solar as well as electrical.
Fully equipped kitchen. You won’t be missing anything during your holiday. Have your breakfast at the kitchen bar or outside watching the every day special sunrise. Nespresso coffee machine as well as a filter coffee machine. Don’t forget to bring the capsules of your wishes if you go for the Nespresso machine.
Masterbedroom with kingsize bed and walk-in closet. Masterbathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and bath tub. Second bathroom with kingsize bed and big closet (not walk-in). Third bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Great service from Intervilla and the local property manager. Special thanks to Kris. Amount of the electric bill was a bit of a surprise given the mild weather. I would be a little concerned what it might be in the summer. Spa must be horribly energy inefficient.
