Big dock where you can have a morning coffee, a drink before dinner or just sit and enjoy the view during the day.
The house offers 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people. Masterbedroom with spacious Master Bathroom (Walk-in shower and bath tub). Second bedroom with kingsize bed. Third bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms with flat screen TV.
Open floor plan and high ceilings in the living room. Sliding-doors make you feel as if you’d be outside all day long. Cozy sofa and two chairs invite you to enjoy an evening together.
Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig-Coffeemachine. Diningroom with space for 8 people. Familyroom with big sofa, Flat-Screen TV and entertainment center.
Enjoy your breakfast in the nook with wonderful views over the broad canal. Or enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.

Rent a boat for a few days and explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva, you will love it! Boat ride to the open water of Caloosahatchee River around 60 minutes. Boat delivery fee for this house 250€.
