We are pleased to present this beautiful custom built villa with well thought out and open floor plan. Great emphasis was placed on quality in the construction and furnishing of this home. The convenient summer kitchen with granite countertop, built-in gas grill, hood, refrigerator and sink is perfect for a delicious BBQ. The boat dock is a great place to dock your rented boat after a wonderful day out at sea.
The modern eat-in kitchen with quartz island, custom wood cabinets and bar for two is fully furnished. The dining table has room for 8 hungry mouths. Thanks to the panoramic windows, the entire living area is very bright and friendly and the view outside is absolutely gorgeous.
The home features 2 nearly identical master suites with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, double sinks, floor to ceiling porcelain tile, his and hers walk-in closets and direct access to the pool area. 2 more bedrooms, one with kingzise bed and one with 2 generous single beds can accommodate 4 more guests. These two rooms share a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with toilet.

Everything was great for us! If there was something to fix, it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY, 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super air conditioning! Pool completely sufficient. And if a hurricane comes: turn on the TV {news) and stay cool!

We spent a week at the end of June. The house was large enough for all of us to have our own space. The house was very clean and the pool was wonderful. No fish were biting but we still enjoyed trying. The house was full of linens, towels and any dish we needed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms didn't work well but the main part of the house was very cool. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

We have enjoyed the month of Feb in SW Cape Coral for the past 8 yrs. Our month in Villa Sunset Breeze was a 10! The home has FOUR bedrooms and THREE of them suites. We have high standards when renting this this Villa met them all. The location was quick to get supplies, shopping and sightseeing. The neighborhood was lovely as we walked the dog each morning. Our check in and check out went well. We would rent this Villa for 2025 if it was available (and it isn't).

Wir waren zwei Familien (5 Personen) in der Villa Sunset Breeze. Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - außer dem Cage. Dieser wurde leider durch den Hurrikan zerstört. Uns wurden deshalb Alternativen zur "Mückenbekämpfung" auf die Terrasse gestellt. Dafür hatten wir natürlich Verständnis - die SeeUms leider nicht ;-) Ich danke Reto für die liebe Unterstützung und ebenso möchten wir dem Haussitter Mike für seine sehr freundliche Betreuung danken! Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder.
