Villa Venezia - modern style on 2700 sq ft living space. This luxury villa in bright, modern architecture with 12 ft high ceilings in a quiet location will inspire you. The villa is situated at a 200 ft canal and offers beautiful water views with fantastic sunsets.
The southern orientation on this oversized property directly at the Eternity Canal conveys pure holiday feeling with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the water view from the dockside hammock or the Captains Walk. Cape Coral also has a “Canale Grande”! And the fish are still jumping out of the water here!
The large, exclusive travertine outdoor area is protected by a panorama super screen. This effectively keeps insects away and reduces UV rays. The stylish saltwater infinity pool has a separate whirlpool/spa, also in travertine. Both are electrically heated.
White loungers, a color-coordinated dining table and a perfect lounge are also available. There is also an outside shower. An artisan outdoor kitchen with extractor fan and sink complete the exclusive holiday experience. Effective ceiling fans and parasols provide a pleasant climate.
Villa Venezia has 4 bedrooms. A large master suite with direct access to the pool area, with a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and lots of light. The 2nd master suite with en suite bathroom with toilet and shower also has direct access to the pool area. The two other bedrooms, both with king-size beds, share a bathroom/toilet with shower. The villa offers everything for a relaxing luxury holiday for up to 6 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a 65” (2) or a 50” (2) LED SMART TV and a ceiling fan.
The large living room convinces with modern furniture, a polished travertine floor, a large, comfortable upholstered lounge and additional seats to relax. An electric fire show with crystal elements completes the atmosphere. A large 85” Sony SMART TV with HULU, DISNEY+ and other programs is available for your entertainment.
The modern open plan gourmet kitchen is perfectly equipped with Bosch appliances. A Nespresso machine is available. Don’t forget to bring your favorite capsules with you! Bar with 3 highchairs, a large glass dining table for 8, with modern chandelier, overlooking the water. A separate bar with a wine fridge and an additional fridge complete the great offer.
The dock and boat lift are for assigned Intervillas rental boats only. A boat can be rented with the booking. Explore the islands of Captiva, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and other exciting corners of Florida.
Beach accessories such as beach chairs, umbrellas, cooling boxes and beach towels are available free of charge.
No Smoking - There is a strict non-smoking policy in Villa Venezia.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in der Villa Venezia. Ein traumhaftes Haus in perfekter Lage das alle Annehmlichkeiten bietet die es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Abwicklung/Komunikation über Herrn Reto Pavoni sowie das Intervillas-Teamn war äüßerst professionell, freundlich und schnell. Die Betreung vor Ort durch Mike lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für alles...wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr gute Betreuung durch Herr Pavoni. Sehr gute Betreuung der Hausverwaltung vor Ort. Sehr gute Betreuung durch den vermittelten Bootsvermieter. Tolles Haus ins sehr guter Lage. Wir werden sicher wieder mit Intervillas buchen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt.
Very good care by Mr. Pavoni. Very good care of the property management on site. Very good care by the mediated boat rental company. Great house in a very good location. We will certainly book again with Intervillas. Our expectations were more than met.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Venezia. Tolle Lage, sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und optisch alles sehr schön und gepflegt. Restaurants, Supermärkte usw in der Nähe. Die individuelle und sehr freundliche Kundenbetreuung durch Herrn Pavoni ist hervorzuheben. Die komplette Abwicklung hat, gerade unter den besonderen Umständen durch Hurrikan Ian einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Kommunikation lief immer aktiv und zeitnah, die Zahlungsabwicklung war unkompliziert. Auch ein Lob an die nette Betreuung vor Ort durch Jeanette. Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Bei Intervillas bekommt man das 'Rund-um-Sorglos'-Paket. Immer wieder gerne. Uns haben Sie als Kunden gewonnen und wir sagen es auch weiter...

Fantastischer Urlaub in der Villa Venezia. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Besten dank an Reto von Intervillas für Alles und seine wertvolle Zeit bei Fragen, sehr, sehr geschätzt. Wir waren gespannt und voller Freude, was wir dann gesehen und bewohnt haben, hat uns positiver als unsere Erwartung getroffen. Alles war fantastisch, und bei Fragen stand Jeannette jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist im Haus für einen tollen Urlaub vorhanden, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Entfernung (Publix 1.6 miles, Walmart 5 miles).Dies war das erste Mal mit Intervillas, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Wir freuen uns schon auf das Jahr 2023 in einer Villa von Intervillas die Sommerferin wieder verbringen zu können.
