Villa The Magnificence welcomes you to paradise! This absolute gorgeous villa lies at a quiet side road in a quiet neighborhood directly at the water. You have access to the river by boat and can head off to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat. An absolute must!
Kids up to 12 stay for free in this family friendly Villa. Gas and electricity are already included in the price! No extra fees (except of extraordinarily high usage as per check-out protocol).
The heart and center of the house is the wonderful Lanai with a great lounge, 2 fire pits, a big, heatable pool with a separate spa/jacuzzi and landscape sound. Comfortable sun loungers on the sun deck are the perfect place to indulge into a cool drink and enjoying the dolce fa niente.
The great outdoor kitchen with a 91cm broad, Bull-gasgrill, fume hood, sink, fridge and outdoor-TV overviews one of the fire pits and the sparkling water of the canal. Enjoy the unique view, watch a soccer-game on TV while you wait for your perfect, juicy US-steak to be ready on the grill.
Indoors the whole house is tiled and modern as well as elegantly decorated. The high quality lounge offers a great view over the outdoor area and the water. Comfortable sofa for 8 guests that makes your cozy TV-evening as relaxing as possible. A wonderful stone-optic wall and an electrical fire-pit are the eye-catcher of the living room. Maybe a book is the better choice as a TV-programm?
The open living-kitchen with breakfast counter and view over the canal is fully equipped with dishwasher, 5-zones-induction-field, ofen, steamer, a Keurig-coffeemachine, a Nespresso-coffee-machine (don’t forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!), a filter-coffee-machine, a milk-frother…. silverware and porcelain for up to 8 guests.
The great master bedroom with direct access to the pool area and an en-suite masterbath has a great view over the rising sun. The huge masterbath offers a walk-in shower and a free standing bath tub, an absolute eye-catcher! Two guest bedrooms with each king-size-beds and a third guest-bedroom with 2 single beds. A total of 3 bathrooms (including the master bathroom) with shower and WC. All bedrooms with walk-in closets.
Free highspeed internet is available in the whole house and terrace, so you can check your mails, surf in the net or read your favorite newspaper online. 7 flatscreen TV’s in every bedroom, livingroom as well as on the Lanai. Sonos-Sound-System in every bedroom and the living room - landscape-audios on the lanai. Free phone calls within the US and Canada.
5 beach bikes in different sizes are available for guests of Villa The Magnificence. Use at your very own risk. Cape Coral has great biking paths that you shouldn’t miss to explore!
We advise to rent a boat for a few days to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat. You have a direct access to the river from Villa The Magnificence (about 30 minutes drive from the Villa to the open water of the Caloosahatchee-River).
Shoppings and groceries are within a 5-minutes-walk available, such as the Camelot Isles Center or a bit Publix with a daily fresh fish and seafruit market (daily open, also on sundays).
English and german speaking Property Management at place.

Super schöne Villa hat alles super geklappt. Außer mit dem Boot gab es leider einige Komplikationen Beziehungsweise wurde es viel zu spät geliefert und es gab kaum eine Rückmeldung vom Bootsverleih.
Super nice villa, everything worked out great. Except with the boat there were unfortunately some complications or rather it was delivered much too late and there was hardly any feedback from the boat rental.

The villa is a dream! Large, spacious, super equipped, quietly located, clean. We were delighted from the first minute and our stay was very, very much enjoyed. It's THE BEST villa we had booked in Cape Coral so far! Reto is quick to reach, is very friendly and helpful, and responds promptly. Again, thank you very much! We will definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reto’s beautiful home. It is an absolutely amazing home with too many amenities to mention. It looks just like it does in the pictures. Stunning!! We didn’t hardly leave the place, as the pool and outdoor area were simply amazing. This place was absolutely perfect!! The home had everything you could need and more. Reto was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. He also has a property manager, Bernie, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We hated to leave this wonderful piece of heaven. We will be back!

Die Villa ist sehr schön und bietet einen hohen Komfort. Leider war bei uns die Klima für ein paar Tage ausgefallen und es wurde sich von allen Seiten sehr bemüht, das Problem zu beheben. Das Ersatzteil war aber leider nicht sofort verfügbar. Die wahnsinnig tolle Küche könnte durch ein paar Utensilien ergänzt werden. Rotweingläser zum Beispiel :-) Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren Kindern und würden gerne wieder. Auch ein großes Lob an Intervillas und unsere vor Ort Betreuung! Vielen Dank.

This house is perfection! This was our second time renting it and it won't be our last. The house is impeccable! Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area is heavenly and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this home away from home in a heartbeat. It's definitely named properly, The Magnificence!

Our stay was wonderful. It’s hard to find a place that is kid friendly but nice enough where adults feel a level of luxury too. Huge kitchen and open indoor/outdoor living space. Shallow area of the pool was such a nice bonus for little ones. Really didn’t feel the need to leave much, everything we needed was there and made it enjoyable to cook at home! The neighborhood is private and peaceful with grocery store and other places in walking or short driving distance.

Wir durften von 26.12.22 bis 09.01.23 einen wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Urlaub in der „Villa The Magnificence 1“ verbringen. Das Haus ist ein Traum und lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und verfügt über eine schöne und moderne Einrichtung. Klare Weiterempfehlung unsererseits 👍🏻
Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei Intervillas für die komplette Abwicklung und den stets einwandfreien Service. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir Reto aussprechen, der uns bereits beim Buchungsprozess als auch dann Vorort jederzeit als kompetenter und durchweg sehr freundlicher Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung gestanden hat. Wir können Intervillas uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen (haben leider bei einer anderen Ferienhausvermietung auch schon andere Erfahrungen machen müssen) und werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Cape Coral definitiv wieder ein Haus dort buchen.

DE: Die Villa The Magnificence 1 hat unseren diesjährigen Urlaub zu einem wahren Traumurlaub gemacht! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und dem tollen Blick aufs Wasser. Unser persönliches Highlight war das Surround System im ganzen Haus. So konnten wir unsere Lieblingssongs in allen Räumen hören. Abends saßen wir gerne draußen an der Feuerstelle die mit einem Click per Fernbedienung funktioniert hat. Wenn man mal eine ruhige Minute gebraucht hat, konnte jeder Besucher im Zimmer auf seine Lieblingsfilme auf Netflix, Hulu, Disney + etc. zugreifen. Wir können die Unterkunft jeder Familie/Reisegruppe wärmstens ans Herz legen. Wir bedanken uns nochmal recht Herzlich und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
EN: Villa The Magnificence made our vacation this year a true dream vacation! We were very pleased with the facilities and the great view of the water. Our personal highlight was the surround system throughout the house. This allowed us to hear our favorite songs in all rooms. In the evenings we loved sitting outside by the fireplace which worked with a click of a remote control. If you ever needed a quiet minute, everyone in the room could access their favorite movies on Netflix, Hulu, Disney + etc. We can highly recommend this accommodation to any family/travel group. We would like to thank you again and will be happy to come back!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't show just how beautiful this house was. It's close to Fort Myers and not too far from Naples. Next time we rent from Intervillas I want to visit Venice Beach FL. Thank you for letting us rent this beautiful property!

We recently stayed at the Villa Magnificence and it was perfect. The house is fabulous and well equipped with plenty of pots/pans/floats/towels/TV's/fishing poles, etc. You will love staying at this house that has an incredible pool and hot tub. Also, close to the grocery & nice places to eat. Highly Recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Magnificence war Top. Schon beim eintreten ist man von der Größe und dem Design überwältigt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön. Pool und Garten toll. Wir haben uns über die Fahrräder und die Beachchairs gefreut. Spielsachen für den Pool waren auch vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Publix Supermarkt in der Nachbarschaft. Restaurant Rumrunners mit dem Bike in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr gute italienische Bäckerei und Lobster Lady in der Nähe. Wir können die Villa und die Lage sehr empfehlen.
