Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Cataleya. Es hat wie immer alles super mit der Hausverwaltung geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Durch die Südlage hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne oder auch Schatten wenn man möchte. Die Häuser von Intervalls waren bisher alle ein Traum.

We had a great week at Villa Cataleya. As always, everything worked out great with the property management. The house is very nicely furnished and everything you need is available. Due to the southern exposure, you have sun all day or shade if you want. The houses from Intervalls have all been a dream so far.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Cataleya und das Haus war wie Beschrieben. Sehr modern und grosszügig mit einem tollen Aussenbereich inkl. Pool. Wir fühlten uns auch in der Umgebung sehr wohl. Das Haus war mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet.

Die Villa Cataleya hat uns super gefallen. Die Villa war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Intervillas buchen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub :-)

Es war die 6. Villa, die wir über Intervillas gebucht haben und wir wurden erneut nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus war sehr modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, wie gewohnt sauber und liegt in einem angenehmen Wohngebiet. Wir haben uns vom 1. Moment an wohl gefühlt und waren sehr froh, dass am Tag vor unserer Ankunft der neue Cage fertig gestellt werden konnte. Auch die Betreuung durch Mike war sehr zuvorkommend und professionell!

This was the 6th villa we have booked through Intervillas and once again we were not disappointed. The house was very modern, well equipped, clean as usual and located in a pleasant residential area. We felt comfortable from the 1st moment and were very happy that the day before our arrival the new cage could be completed. Also the care by Mike was very accommodating and professional!

Wir haben bereits zum 3. Mal über Intervillas ein Haus in Cape Coral angemietet. Auch dieses Mal hat alles einwandfrei geklappt - von der Buchung, über die die Kontaktaufnahme seitens Intervillas bis hin zur Übergabe der Villa. An dieser Stelle ein Herzliches Dankeschön an Jeannette!

Das Haus Ist wunderschön, sehr modern und Europäisch eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, Es fehlt an nichts. Die 3 Nassräume sind top und mit Hansgrohe Armaturen versehen (Was mich als Sanitär besonders freut :-). Auch die Sauberkeit im und ums Haus hat uns sehr angesprochen. Wir haben uns schon fast ein wenig zuhause gefühlt.

Unser Fazit nach den leider viel zu kurzen 5 Tagen: Wir kommen wieder und bleiben ganz sicher auch länger!

Wie immer hat alles bestens geklappt, auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Mike war Top! Wir verbrachten tolle Tage in Cape Coral und können INTERVILLAS und die Villa Cataleya wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

EN: Great villa with first class facilities and a beautiful outdoor area with pool. This was not the first time we spent our holiday in a house from INTERVILLAS. As always, everything went very smoothly, and the on-site support from Mike was top quality! We spent great days in Cape Coral and can highly recommend INTERVILLAS and Villa Cataleya!

Nicht das erste und ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal mit Intervillas in eine Villa in Cape Coral. Es hat alles wieder hervorragend geklappt, sowohl bei der Buchung als auch vor Ort. Die Villa Cataleya ist toll, war sehr sauber und hat alles, was man sich wünscht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Auch nach der Pandemie ist Intervillas noch immer top. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Jeanette empfangen und sie hat uns alles gut erklärt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Villa Cataleya ist top ausgerüstet und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Die ruhige Lage haben wir enorm geschätzt. Am Morgen konnten wir mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Kajaks auf dem Kanal paddeln; das war genial. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Intervillas konnten wir jederzeit mit unseren persönlichen Anliegen kontaktieren. Sie kümmerten sich sofort darum. Vielen Dank. Intervillas bleibt unsere erste Wahl bei Ferienhausvermietungen in Cape Coral.

Even after the pandemic, Intervillas is still top. We were very warmly welcomed by Jeanette and she explained everything well. The house was very clean and well maintained. Villa Cataleya is top equipped and offers many amenities. We appreciated the quiet location enormously. In the morning we could paddle with the provided kayaks on the canal; that was brilliant. We felt completely comfortable and would have loved to stay longer. We were able to contact Intervillas at any time with our personal concerns. They took care of it immediately. Thank you very much. Intervillas remains our first choice for vacation home rentals in Cape Coral.

We enjoyed our time in Villa Cataleya. It was a short time booking and Mr. Pavoni was very supportive to help us.

The interior and technical equipment is great and we would have loved to stay longer. Petra Ludy, who managed check-in and check-out, was very warm and friendly. We definitely would like to return for a longer stay.
