We enjoyed our time at this house. Best feature was the beautiful pool and spa!

Die Villa Cayman ist das schönste Haus, was wir je in Florida gemietet haben. Mit ihren hohen Räumen und ihrer gepflegten Einrichtung bietet die Villa ein Gefühl von grosser Klarheit und freiem Ambiente. Besonders hochwertig waren die echten Gemälde an den Wänden, die zum einen komplett unserem Geschmack entsprachen und sich andererseits wohltuend von Baumarkt-Kunstdrucken mit Flamingo und Delphin vor Sonnenuntergant unterscheiden. Das Master-Badezimmer lässt es an nichts fehlen. Die Dusche ist gross und hat vor allem den für uns Europäer so wichtigen Hand-Duschkopf zusätzlich zum fest installierten Duschkopf. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind ebenfalls sehr grosszügig angelegt. Das Cerran-Kochfeld hat genügend Platten, um ein ganzes Menu zu kochen, wenn man möchte. Der Pool ist ein Traum, alleine schon, ihn anzusehen. Wir haben ihn nicht benutzt, da wir El Niño zu Gast hatten und es uns zu kalt war. Aber draussen sitzen und essen oder lesen war in dieser schönen Umgebung ein zusätzlicher Gewinn. Auch die Aussicht auf den Kanal ist herrlich. Die Villa liegt so, dass sowohl Sonnenauf- wie auch untergang beobachtet werden können.

Villa Cayman is the most beautiful house we have ever rented in Florida. With its high-ceilinged rooms and well-kept furnishings, the villa offers a feeling of great clarity and a free ambience. The real paintings on the walls were of a particularly high quality, which on the one hand completely suited our taste and on the other hand differed pleasantly from DIY store art prints with flamingos and dolphins in front of a sunset. The master bathroom lacks nothing. The shower is large and, above all, has the hand-held shower head that is so important for us Europeans in addition to the permanently installed shower head. The kitchen and dining area are also very spacious. The Cerran hob has enough plates to cook a whole meal if you want to. The pool is a dream just to look at. We didn't use it as we had El Niño as a guest and it was too cold for us. But sitting outside and eating or reading in this beautiful setting was an added bonus. The view of the canal is also wonderful. The villa is situated so that both sunrise and sunset can be observed.

Einfach ein Traumhaus! Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt in der Villa Cayman. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir wären am liebsten geblieben. Die deutschsprachige Hausverwaltung ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit Intervillas war ebenfalls super! Beim nächsten Florida Urlaub buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder mit Intervillas!

Simply a dream house! We immediately felt at home in Villa Cayman. Very modern and tastefully furnished, we would have loved to stay. The German-speaking property management is super friendly and helpful.The communication with Intervillas was also great!We will definitely book with Intervillas again on our next Florida vacation!

DE: Die Villa Cayman ist eine traumhaft schöne Ferienvilla. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und war in einen super sauberen Zustand. Leider hat uns der Hurrikan Ian getroffen und wir mussten leider früher abreisen. Auch da ist uns positiv aufgefallen, das die Villa Cayman absolut Sturm sicher ist. Wir können die Villa Cayman zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Auch waren wir sehr zufrieden mit InterVillas. Die Kommunikation trotz der erschwerten Hurrikan Bedingungen, war zu jederzeit möglich.

EN: Villa Cayman is a beautiful vacation villa. We felt very comfortable there from the beginning. It is lovingly furnished and was in a super clean condition. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian hit us and we had to leave early. Even then we noticed positively that the Villa Cayman is absolutely storm safe. We can recommend Villa Cayman 100 percent. We were also very satisfied with InterVillas. The communication despite the difficult hurricane conditions, was possible at any time.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Cayman war ein Traum der war wurde, wir werden bei nächster gelegenheit die Villa erneut Buchen. Die Hausverwaltung unkompliziert Kompetent, sehr angenem, das Haus war perfekt gereinigt, der Pool und aussenbereich einfach genial. Wir können diese Villa nur empfehelen.
