Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Villa "The View". Wirklich wunderschön gelegen, herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Pool und Whirlpool sind top, Haus… weiterlesen ist absolut top, sehr großzügig gestaltet. Wirklich einziger Nachteil, es gibt im Haus innen keine Ventilatoren, dadurch muß man Nachts auch ständig die Klimaanlage laufen lassen. Mit offenem Fenster ohne Ventilatoren schlafen geht einfach nicht. Alles andere wunderbar, Top Hausservice, wie immer!
We were very impressed with the villa “The View”. Really beautiful location, wonderful sunsets. Pool and whirlpool are top, house is absolutely top, very spacious. Really the only disadvantage is that there are no fans inside the house, so you have to keep the air conditioning running at night. Sleeping with the window open without fans is simply not possible. Everything else wonderful, top house service, as always!

We had the pleasure of spending 10 wonderful days at Villa Leonardo. The location and the rented boat were absolutely great. Traumhafte Ferien in Cape Coral - Wir waren sehr begeistert von unseren Forida Ferien. Das Wetter mit Hitze, Feuchtigkeit und… weiterlesen Mücken waren viel angenehmer als wir erwartet hatten. Die Villa ist super gelegen. Mit dem Boot hat man einen schnellen Zugang zum Meer. Die Villa hat einen super Grundriss und es lässt sich sehr gut darin leben. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Trotzdem gibt es ein paar wenige Sachen, die nicht wirklich geklappt haben und repariert werden müssten. Der Hauswart konnte da auch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Insgesamt stimmt das Package aber. Es eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Reisen wie nach Orlando, Key West etc. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder mal solche Ferien zu machen. Ob in der gleichen Villa oder einer anderen von Intervillas.
Fantastic vacation in Cape Coral - We were very excited about our Forida vacation. The weather with heat, humidity and mosquitoes was much more pleasant than we had expected. The villa is in a great location. You have quick access to the sea by boat. The villa has a great layout and is very comfortable to live in. Everything is clean and well maintained. Overall, however, the whole package is good. It's perfect as a base for trips to Orlando, Key West, etc. We can very well imagine taking a vacation like this again. Whether in the same villa or another one from Intervillas.

Es war eine tolle Villa. Perfekt für Bootsausflüge, man kommt recht schnell ins offene Wasser! Ein schöner Pool, leider kein… weiterlesen Whirlpool, dafür ist aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis top! Ansonsten, wieder Top Service durch Intervillas, tolle Hausverwaltung, rundum, wie jedes Jahr top! Danke Intervillas.
It was a great villa. Perfect for boat trips, you can get into the open water quite quickly! A nice pool, unfortunately no whirlpool, but the price-performance ratio is top! Otherwise, again top service by Intervillas, great property management, all around, like every year top! Thank you Intervillas

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft war um ehrlich gesagt besser als beschrieben. Wir haben sehr oft BBQ gemacht und und selber gekocht. Pool und Haus waren sehr sauber. Alles in allem 10 von 10 Punkten. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber und an Anja. Wir kommen wieder.
