We are relieved that Hurricane Milton caused very little damage in Cape Coral. All our villas survived the storm unscathed and remained dry. Only very few suffered damage to the screen or boat deck. All our houses have power, the power supply in Cape Coral is over 95% restored and the vast majority of restaurants and stores are open. The beach in Cape Coral is also open, and Fort Meyers Beach is no longer closed.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Clean and well stocked with kitchenware and king size bed was soooo comfortable. Reto… weiterlesen and Jeanette were great with any questions I had. Hurricane Helene came through and the house held up well, only damage to screen house. Would definitely stay again!
Schönes Haus in einer netten Nachbarschaft. Sauber und gut mit Küchenutensilien und Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet war soooo bequem. Reto und Jeanette waren großartig mit allen Fragen, die ich hatte. Hurricane Helene kam durch und das Haus hielt gut, nur Schäden am Aussen-TV Haus. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Wir waren so glücklich, dieses schöne Haus für unsere Frauen Urlaub zu finden! Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung war schön. Bereits zum zweiten Mal durften wir unseren Urlaub in der aussergewöhnlichen Villa Pure Balance verbringen. Das Haus lässt aufgrund der… weiterlesen Lage inkl. des aussergewöhnlichen Grundstückszuschnitts, der Großzügigkeit sowie Einrichtung keine Wünsche offen und gehört eindeutig zu den besten Ferienhäusern in CC. Wir haben die gut zwei Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Auch das Team von Intervillas und die Hausverwaltung vor Ort haben wieder einen ausgezeichneten "Job" gemacht und uns bei der Buchung sowie vor Ort bestens beraten und unterstützt. Vielen Dank dafür!
This is the second time we have been able to spend our vacation in the exceptional Villa Pure Balance. The house leaves nothing to be desired due to its location, including the exceptional layout of the property, the spaciousness and furnishings and is clearly one of the best vacation homes in CC. We enjoyed the two weeks to the full and would love to come back. The Intervillas team and the property management on site also did an excellent “job” again and gave us the best advice and support when booking and on site. Many thanks for that!

Wir waren wieder voll und ganz zufrieden mit der Villa Pure Balance. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und… weiterlesen die Lage ist einfach klasse. Die Verwalter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kurzum, einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Villa "The View". Wirklich wunderschön gelegen, herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Pool und Whirlpool sind top, Haus… weiterlesen ist absolut top, sehr großzügig gestaltet. Wirklich einziger Nachteil, es gibt im Haus innen keine Ventilatoren, dadurch muß man Nachts auch ständig die Klimaanlage laufen lassen. Mit offenem Fenster ohne Ventilatoren schlafen geht einfach nicht. Alles andere wunderbar, Top Hausservice, wie immer!
We were very impressed with the villa “The View”. Really beautiful location, wonderful sunsets. Pool and whirlpool are top, house is absolutely top, very spacious. Really the only disadvantage is that there are no fans inside the house, so you have to keep the air conditioning running at night. Sleeping with the window open without fans is simply not possible. Everything else wonderful, top house service, as always!
